Every stuffie starts with a Clean & Restuff. From there, please pick the option below that suits your stuffie best — add repair sewing or little replacement parts only if they need them. Return shipping is included in the price.
Size limit: 36 inches is our maximum. Anything bigger is oversized, and we can't accept it — when in doubt, ask before you ship.

Sometimes we can't see everything until we open a stuffie up. If a repair turns out to need specialty materials or items we don't normally keep on hand — or extra hours of work beyond what's included — the price may go up. If that happens, you'll hear from us before anything changes: we'll explain what's needed, quote the added cost, and only go ahead once you've discussed it with us and approved it. We never add charges without telling you first.
Four steps. The form you fill out here is the same form that travels in the box with your stuffie, so everything we need arrives with them. A copy of your completed form is saved with your order, and the form carries your invoice number.

It depends on the work your stuffie needs — a clean and restuff is quicker than a full restoration. We'll confirm the expected timing for your stuffie when you get in touch, before you ship, so you know what to expect.

Not always — and we'd rather be honest about that. We'll do our very best to clean, fluff, and mend your stuffie so they feel like themselves again, but exact matches for older fabric, fur, and eyes can't be guaranteed.
We'll tell you as soon as we know, and talk through your options before any work goes ahead — nothing gets worked on beyond what you've approved.
If you have a birthday, holiday, or a little one who can't sleep without their stuffie, ask us about timing when you get in touch. We'll tell you honestly whether we can meet your date. We will do everything we can to accommodate.
